Simple and effective journaling. No fluff!
Really love this journal. I’ve had a few and most are a little much, with topics and questions I don’t need. This one is simple but hits everything I’m interested in keeping track of : what I ate without asking for macros, water intake, sleep, mood, goals, exercise, self care. I had it spiral bound to make it easier to work with. So worth it.

Accountability! Easy to use!
I am old school and love to write things down. It makes it easier to hold myself accountable. This item has been easy to use and only takes a minute or 2 of my morning to complete. I have been on this journey for 6 weeks now and it has been great! I love documenting things in this journal. If you are anything like me and dont really want to be on your phone more than you already are documenting your health journey... this is the item for you.Good investment.

Useful booklet for exercise tracking
I have purchased multiple copies of this booklet as a way to keep up with my exercise and diet plan. It’s very useful though you could probably make something similar with a computer and printer. However, this booklet helps keep me on track!

It works well, I'd like more room to write though!
I like this journal. It keeps track of weight, date, foods, exercise, water, mood, and goals. My only qualm is that I don't have tiny writing and I'd like more room on each line to write.

Good concept
This book is a good concept. However, I found there wasnt enough writing space to lg my daily information. Only used for a few days before becoming frusted and started using a free app instead.

My Favorite Thing I pu chased this year
I will definitely be re-ordering this book. I love that the book has a built in time line of 13 weeks. This book logs none scale victories such as inches lost. I am also able to log my feelings. I use the notes portion to log go to recipes. It's really simple and it suits me better than any fitness journal I have tried before.

A guide to good health
It is very easy to use. I have read comments that there is little room to write but I am fine including everything on each line. It helps me make a conscious effort to write things down after every meal or ahead of time knowing what I will eat. There is a page to reflect on your week. Thank you!!!
