- 18in Massage Stick Portable Roller, Handheld, Deep Tissue Foam Roller, Body Massage and Myofascial Release Tool for Legs, Neck, Calves, Thighs, Shins & Back, The Original 18, Made in USA

During treatment by a PT group for ITB syndrome, I found that the use of a foam roller was very beneficial. After studying the various types that are available, I ended up with this one and find it to be excellent although a bit pricey. It’s very well constructed, balanced and seems easy to maneuver.

Get it. Seriously. I’ve had this since 2020 and I still use it regularly, which says everything about the quality. This thing is incredibly durable and sturdy—it has held up through years of workouts, sore muscles, and being tossed into gym bags without any issues. I love that it’s handheld because I don’t have to get down on the floor like with traditional foam rollers. It’s easy to target exactly where I need relief, whether it’s my legs, back, or shoulders. The pressure is firm but effective, and it really helps loosen tight muscles and reduce soreness before and after workouts. It’s also lightweight and portable, which makes it perfect for travel or quick recovery sessions at home. You can tell it’s well made and designed to last. After using it for this long, I can confidently say this is one of those rare fitness tools that actually holds up over time. I’d absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle tightness or soreness.

WOW.

This is the perfect tool for rolling my IT band to significantly reduce knee pain. However, it was $30 in 2019, and as of this writing it's $40. A 33% price increase in less than 7 years is ridiculous.

I love this massage stick. It's the perfect size for me. The stick rolls smoothly on my legs, neck and shoulders. You control how much pressure to use. It has helped to relieve my tight muscles as I recently had a total knee replacement and my muscles are very tight from the surgery. The massage stick is more helpful relieving muscle tightness/stiffness than foam rollers. It's easier to use and I don't have to be on the floor. The quality of the massage stick is excellent and I can tell it will last for many years. I wish I had gotten this years ago. Great product!

I was first introduced to the Tiger Tail at the Chicago marathon expo a few years ago. At the time, I was going through physical therapy for my plantar fasciitis and other foot issues. My therapist said my tight calves and hamstrings were contributing to my foot issues and said stretching every day would be essential. At the expo there were a lot of vendors there with different types of massaging tools. The Tiger Tail people caught my attention the most because their massaging roller looked the most well made and didn't have the rollers that might get caught in your clothes or on your skin. One of their workers demonstrated how to use the roller and tried it on my tight calves. Afterwards I felt so much more loose and I ended up buying the roller there. Since then I've used it almost every day to loosen up my muscles. What I like is that you can use this roller anywhere on your body where you feel tense. It works on your back, neck, shoulders, legs, etc. It's super easy to use, well made and portable. I take this thing with me whenever I travel. I was heartbroken when I left my roller during a recent vacation in Japan, which is why I ended up buying another one on Amazon. The materials are still the same and still works great. I definitely recommend this roller. It doesn't replace my stretching, but it's a great complement to it and you'd get your money's worth.

The Tiger Tail 18in Massage Stick Portable Roller is a game-changer! It’s incredibly effective for relieving muscle tension, soreness, and stiffness. The rolling action is smooth, and the design allows for a deep, targeted massage, which is perfect after a workout or long day. It really helps with my recovery and has become a go-to tool for keeping my muscles relaxed. Highly recommend this roller for anyone looking for an easy and efficient way to relieve muscle tightness!

This is a great therapeutic tool. It's an easy and safe way for immediate pain relief as a result of tight muscles. It packs easily in a carry on, is easy to use and does exactly what it says it does. Reduces stiffness, muscle pain and soreness. The Tiger Tail quickly reduces tightness and allows freedom of movement. The construction is high quality, allows for easy access of hard to get places. The user controls the intensity and duration to be applied to the area. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this product.

Sirve muy bien para dar masaje, es ligero y lo puedo poner entre el colchón y la base de la cama para alguna emergencia nocturna. Puedo graduar la intensidad de presión que necesito.
