This cat food is high quality and healthy for cats. It’s highly palatable as well. So many other pet foods have ingredients that are not natural for a cats diet, but this product is exactly what they need. My only issue is that it does have a bit of a fishy smell so I recommend rinsing off the cans before tossing them in the trash or the trash will be quite smelly.

I am really grateful that this flavor is available for purchase on Amazon, as other venues aren’t always reliable.

We switched from Royal Canin. He loves it. He’s not a big fan of the other flavors.

This particular food is great and our cat (who has no teeth) eats this all the time and is very healthy. We’ve used Purina Pro Plan for years now, but only have had to buy on Amazon a couple times when needed.This previous shipment shows me that I’ll never purchase this from Amazon again though. We received Fancy Feast Beef flavored for 7+ year old cats; this is completely wrong from the Purina Pro Plan Whitefish and Tuna that we actually purchased. You can see in the photo that someone put the correct label on the wrong container, so I have no issues with Purina food in general, but this shipment was ridiculously wrong and irritating to have to deal with returning it now.

Good productsWish it were a little cheaper

I myself have not tried it but my cat loves it. It’s grain free and she’s always done well on it along with her grain free kibble. (Cats in the wild are true predators and therefore do not consume grain products willingly.)Price keeps fluctuating on Amazon so I may have to go to chewy.

The cat approved of this food. I purchased it due to a higher protein content then most other cheaper foods. My vet claims that cats will eat less when their protein need is met, so cheaper food with less protein and more filler just means more poop in the litter box for no good reason. I like this food and the cat hasn’t complained and eats it right up. However, to me, this is expensive. If she just eats one can per day it over $500/year. And she also has dry food. For comparison the protein powder (also expensive) I buy for me doesn’t cost that much per year! But… she’s spoiled rotten and she’s happy and I guess that’s all that matters!
