Once I received my order, I was anxious to try it out because I'm working on toning and strengthening especially on my hips, thighs and legs (basically from waist down) without losing form. It provides great resistance and I can feel the effects when I worked out. I'm a squats person and it enhanced my routine. The material is very strong so I 'm confident it will last a very long time. It comes with guidance and instructions so make sure you keep the information inside the package to access the information. I like the fact that it's easy to use and I can use it anywhere. I’m so happy with my purchase of the Athletics Official Hip Band!Bands come in four different sizes. Therefore; everyone can find a level of resistance for their specific movement or sport desired. I’m 5’9 150lbs. I got the Small, and it’s a great fit.Compared to other similar products this is the best one I have used so far. The product has a very premium feel to it; but what's important is that it stays in place and doesn't roll up or fall like some other I’ve tried.This band is extremely well made with fantastic stitching and material. The exercise guide is super detailed, and the workouts are challenging! There are workouts for all body parts what makes it even better. In the private member area, they have video demonstrations of all exercises in the guide, what is extremely helpful for me as a beginner. Definitely worth the price and a good investment!Overall, I’m pleased with this premium product for a reasonable price. This should be a part of everyone’s gym bag. I’ll order more sizes of the Athletics Official Hip Bands!

I'm so excited I finally found the hip bands I've been looking for a while now. I love using these bands, it really does make a difference and takes my training to the next level. This product is very high quality and they feel extremely durable. I feel like I can do every exercise without being scared the band will break. Unlike other bands I've tried, this band doesn't roll up or pinch, which is awesome. I feel safe and comfortable while training. Besides, this brand offers great bonuses with my purchase which makes it even better. I really recommend if you're looking for a great band to give these a try if you take your training seriously.

I ordered this band a few days ago after coming across the company’s instagram page @athleticsofficial_ I already own some cheap bands i ordered from a different company months ago and couldn’t stand how much they would roll up or get twisted during my workouts. This band is a game changer!! 🙌🏼 It does not roll up, pinch or twist during my workouts as it is made of high quality material. The resistance band is very thick and strong, which was exactly what i was looking for. My glutes have never burned so good! 🍑🔥I love the pink color, it’s so cute! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Its suitable for all ages and levels!

I am very glad that I purchased these bands! I chose these bands over others for many reasons… I like the material quality, colors, four size options and the valuable extras were a bonus that I usually wouldn’t expect, but greatly appreciated! I’m a 6’-0” man at 170 pounds and have used many different bands in the past for physical therapy after being injured in a work accident. I workout very frequently by lifting weights and performing other strength training exercises, so these bands will be a great addition to help build my strength. They are very high quality and durable, so I know they will last me a very long time. I opened the included exercise guide to try a few exercises and found it to be very beneficial and easy to follow. I purchased both the medium (green) and large (red) bands and am glad that I did. For some exercises, the large band is the perfect resistance while the medium band is perfect for other exercises. I will most likely be purchasing the other two smaller sizes as well for more resistance as my strength increases. I would highly recommend these bands!

I absolutely love this band! It stays in place and provides the resistance I need. I can really feel my glutes, legs and hips getting stronger! It’s extremely durable and easy to use. I love that you can use it anywhere and anytime. You can just get a quick workout in outside or at home without going to the gym if you don’t have time or don’t feel like going to the gym.It is great that I can download the exercise guide on my phone so I have it with me all the time. The hip band, exercise guide and the private member area are the perfect combination for achieving maximum results!!!What i love the most about this product, is that I am not afraid anymore that the band will break during a workout like some other resistance band i’ve tried. These are some really high quality training bands. Just as I was leaving for my kick boxing class UPS pulled up. Perfect timing to try out my new bands..1st impressions, these will last me a lifetime. I used them for side squat warm ups & back kicks. These are better than the bands at my crossfit gym. These will exceed the expectations of the pickiest person, & yes I'm very picky. I highly recommend these for tough training, yoga or working glutes at home. Try these out, you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend the Athletics Official Hip Bands!! The band is even better than I expected. I’ve been working out for ages and have been using quite a lot resistance bands. This is by far the best band I’ve ever used!! I really felt the burn after the first try. This band doesn’t roll up and stays in place no matter what exercise I perform. I feel my form improved on my first use. I will definitely be getting a medium when i start needing more resistance! If you like to challenge yourself, buy this Hip Band from Athletics Official!
