I havent received a call and I dont know how to return it and get my money back!
The items I received were the size of a half sheet of paper. I purchased 2 for my girls room to go over there headboard. Imagine my surprise when I recieved an item the size of a desk name plate for $65?]

Not what I expected
I spent 60.00 (including shipping) for my daughters name to go above her crib. The pink is not as sparkly and vibrant as the picture. The lettering looks crammed. Not worth the amount of money that I spent.

My name was shipped within 24 hours of my order. I paid extra for the painting of it, however I have try and repaint it because they shipped it too soon that the paint did not dry and now has the impression of the cardboard it was shipped in. The sides are also rough and you have to be careful to not cut yourself or get a splinter. The sides were not painted and were left with some weird black spray. It also broke right away into small pieces. Didn’t even last a month

Mediocre signage for price
It’s a nice sign but not what I was expecting. It needs to be thicker and the letters larger. Some of the letters on my daughters name looked to be half the size of the others (look at the z next to the m). Not to mention we measured it and it isn’t as long as what we paid for. However, the color is beautiful, the font is elegant and it did come in faster then expected for a custom piece.Overall I would say it is not worth the $69.21 I paid for it.

I can’t say enough about this company!!! Not only are the names beautiful but I made a mistake and they fixed it no questions asked! I’ll be coming back and buying these for every niece, nephew or grandchild I ever have!

Beautiful craftmanship
Got this for my moms shelf outside her apartment as she was moving into an apartment in assisted living and has dementia. Works great all she has to do is look for her name. My mother and I both think its beautiful

Beautiful sign!
A little pricey, but a beautiful sign for my baby's room. I'm very happy. Its lightweight and easy to hang, but was well packaged, so it didn't break. Very nice!
