Don’t rely on my review as this was a gift.
Giving it a five star as recipient was happy with the gift. Haven’t got a clue about how it works or effectiveness. Will this get you fit? Again not a clue. Seemed good value.

I use the barbell only thing is it loosens off at each every time after tightening up ,only thing a could say is it will last it being hard plastic and cheap enough.Ive not changed to dumbells yet too much hassle as i have dumbells already but if yr short for space maybe its ok .
