Works as expected. But confusing instructions
Knocked off one star for bad instructions!The tube comes with a diagram stating N&P on a particular side of the tube. But, there is a N&P sticker near the pins on the opposite direction. The sticker is the one that is right. Anyone having issue with this, please go with the directions marked near the pins. I got the model which takes N&P on one side of the tube. With other side not requiring any wiring.On the better side,- Seem bright enough for me- Very short start delay.- Great price (Home depot sells Toggled Brand which seem to be a better quality than this one --- I am no electronics engineer --- I know this is LED. But I am telling by the fit and finish. The price of Toggled 5000k, 1800lm for 2pcs is almost same as this 4pcs pack).- Not Instant On => no ballast.Hope it lasts as stated.

VERY NICE
I purchased these to install into a new fixture I recently installed. I had to purchase some tombstones, but after wiring it in, it's all good. I've only done a pair so far. I am using a motion switch with no issues, but the switch was wired for fluorescents.I did not have some of the other issues listed.Update: 5/19/15I've done done 4 more fixtures, I am very satisfied.

Nice quality. Worked as expected
Nice quality. Worked as expected. Retrofit was quite easy and could be accomplished in minutes. I used these to retrofit all fluorescent light fixtures in my rec room to LED. I converted each 4 lamp fixture to a 2 lamp LED fixture. Very happy with the result. If I were to do it again I might choose a slightly yellower light for a rec room. These come on instantly and provide a nice even bright light throughout the room.

Lots of light for only 72 Watts!
I bought these for lighting in my Office for taking pictures of products and informative videos. Lots of light for only 72 Watts of power. Very light weight and sturdy.

Wonderfully efficient
Are you kidding? Replace 2 40W fluorescent tubes with 2 18W LEDs, and get more light? Not have to worry about replacing tubes and ballasts? Not having all the flickering that happens from time to time and you have to reset the fluorescent tubes to get them to light? Yes. These do all that. The brighter light comes on immediately and after a month we have yet to see a flicker. We actually replaced all the fluorescent tubes in our kitchen - 6 - and saved 132 watts of power for every hour they are on. Over the course of a year that will amount to some real money and pay for these higher cost lights in short order.

Give up listening to FM Radio if you buy these lamps.
These lamps create an amazing amount of FM radio interference. I bought 4 and tested each one so I know it is not just one bad bulb. They were wired correctly (I am an electrical engineer with 33 years experience, I can handle the simple rewiring this product requires). I wrote to Torchstar and they did not answer, which says to me they know the problem. I have bought other brands and they performed well and did not drown out all my radios with static. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand or give up listening to the radio.

These are great! Very simple to install. The color is clean and crisp. We are updating all of our troffers soon because the boss (wife, ha ha) approved after I showed her just one. Look forward to saving those energy dollars!
