Q: Hi could you please make sure the image is full size if the canvas,as it wouldnt allow me to do it on adjusting tool,kind regards Cheryl

My photograph was chopped off at the bottom and the image was distorted - received an aggressive response when I complained and they refused a refund.

Q: can the print be extended down the sides of the box

Mine only covered half the edges. Looked ridiculous. Refused refund. AVOID!

No, it's still there but around the edges.
