Very well made
Sturdy, plenty of room to hid the extra cables attached to the POE cameras. Everything marked up well and easy to understand. I would recommend you spend a little time working out how you’re going to fit and present it before starting.

Good product
Fits really well and does the job only concern I have is the mounting template is weak and splits easily so may be better to centre punch the holes prior to drilling

Well built but does not support all cameras
it is well built and this year’s version has more holes yet it still does not support some cameras. Like 840a - how can you get a mount which does not support all new cameras coming out. Makes no sense. There is a leaflet to indicate which holes for which cameras. I understands if you can get a different junction box like b10. But no.

Excellent mounting bracket for my Reolink surveillance cameras.
I like the very good quality of these junction boxes, and the fact that it made the installation of my Reolink camera system so easy. They are not at all cheap, but you get exactly what you pay for in terms of ease of fixing and quality of product. They arrived really well packed and in very good delivery time. Nice product.

Minor niggle. Cable gland sealing washer too flimsy. Still worth 5 stars!
The rubber sealing washer on the cable gland is too soft and squeezes out when tightening the gland to the body of the junction box. I have removed it and tightened the gland so that is firmly in place. It is at the lowest point so no water should be able to enter. I do not know if there should be a recess in the metal body to take up some of the rubber seal and limit the spread.The product is very sound and tidies up otherwise messy cabling.

Solid piece of kit, but has issues
The box is nicely constructed, but there seems to be some flaws in its design.The front panel has a large indent (that I assume is to accomodate a different model of camera) but when fitted with a RLC-520 it is left exposed leading to potential water/insect ingress.there is also an odd white foam sticker (gasket?) over the front, which is going to degrade and discolour over time, due to the smaller camera body this will be very obvious against the white finish.

Very good and sturdy junctions.
The junctions are excellent. The only flaw is that I've got 4 of them and one was different and without protective foam. When I realized that I had already the other 3 wall mounted, so installed it anyway.

D20 fitted to RLC 820a
Just bought the D20 junction box for the RLC820a cameras and it is does not look good. The camera looks too small for the D20. I recognise that it fits other cameras but it just looks so crap as though it is dosent belong. You would at least think there were backing plates which at least made it look somewhat atheistically pleasing(Picture is taken from the net but very similar to what I was describing)
