This is a light weight grill mat - just be aware of the measurements. I bought this for my small vertical grill. It fits nicely under the grill, but is not big enough to cover the area just outside of the grill area. It is easy to clean and is holding up nicely in the rainy environment that I live in.

I bought this in red to add color to our already colorful patio...get lots of 'cute' comments when people come over. This is a fabulous way to cook meals for 2 people. Follow grilling instructions from internet on different steaks, salmon, etc. you will not fail. I had never grilled before getting this one and if I can have great steaks, or chicken legs, etc. you will have the same success. Definitely have a timer and meat thermometer...I would never have done so well being so new to grilling. Very easy to put together but to put the top on, does help to have man around the house...I could not have put it on myself. To help with the mess of cleaning, I also now use grill mats. The meats taste better and little or no cleaning required.

The picture is very misleading - look carefully at the measurements, this mat doesn't cover half the ground beneath a grill. I wanted it for below the batteries in my golf cart, but it's too small, very thin, and blows away. Not what I needed.

Outstanding grill mat! Feels very heavy duty and it is truly the perfect size. Got a new flat top grill and I needed a good mat to handle ant grease that might come with a flat top style grill. This mat looks like it will do the job perfectly! Speedy shipping and the mat is actually even better than advertised.

Although it is thin with a rubber like back, it will protect the carpet in front of the fireplace just fine. I like the dark gray color. It was easy to cut to size.
