Kittyhok Battery Powered Wire-Free Security Surveillance Cameras Outdoor (Battery Camera 1080p)

The Kittyhok WIFI camera is GREAT. I loved it so much a month later I bought a second one. The picture quality both day and night is excellent. I can see detail even far away. Setup was very simple and connecting to my WIFI was a breeze. The battery life for my use is about three months. I do check the feed several times a day. Recharging the batteries is as simple as taking down the cameras and plugging in the USB cable and charging the batteries. I was worried about turning off the cameras and charging the batteries for fear of them losing their connection to my WIFI. For the sake of saving several additional hours to charge the batteries I went ahead and turned off the camera. Once charged and I powered up the camera it connected back to my WIFI with no issues.Great purchase for me.

just put it up an it works great! the only thing that's a negative is it has a little delay on itsmotion detection. set up was easy connecting others to the camera ie wife and daughterwere easy,directions were clear and it took about 20-30 minutes for the whole process.For the mon$y its definitely worth it, picture is crystal clear

I ordered one camera to see if I would be satisfied with the performance. It would not recognize the WiFi signal. It was replaced by Amazon.The second camera set up easily and has been working fine for three weeks. I subsequently ordered two more for other areas of the outside of the house.Motion detection is good and the picture quality is adequate. Night vision is adequate also. The batteries on all three are at least 90% after two to three weeks operation.You have to figure out the App, but after a few uses, it gets the job done.For my purposes as a way to monitor the house when I'm away, I'm satisfied with these cameras.

I really wanted to love this product! After I saw the video on the listing I was so sold and it looked like exactly what we needed for our new home! Well, it wasn’t. I got two of these cameras for the sole purpose of having the luxury to NOT have a notification every time a car drives by in the street. THERE IS NO OPTION TO SELECT MOTION DETECTION FOR PEOPLE ONLY! so if you’re like me, and only bought it for that feature, save your money. It’s so frustrating how falsely advertised these cameras are! And to make matters worse, I can’t even return them because by the time we got a chance to put them up and test them out after our move, the return window had closed. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I wish I would’ve gone with the blink cameras instead!

I bought this security in Aug. 2020. The battery has good usage life. Motion detection is good. Dislike: 1) the battery needs at least 10-12 hours to be fully charged. To me, this is too long. 2) After battery recharged, it requires to remove/re-add the device from the mobile app CloudEdge including all sharing re-adding. This is a pain. 3) I recharged the battery on Jan. 21, 2021. The LED light not on. The red light not on when charging. I let it plug in charging anyway. After 12 hours charging, the blue led light went on. I know the red light broken after 5 months product purchase. 4) I tried to contact the seller as Amazon customer care suggested. No customer care phone number listed on seller’s website. I sent email with proof of purchase (provided by Amazon) to seller support. I also described my issues via seller website with my phone number. No response from seller email, website or call. Bad seller customer care. 5) My product is still under warranty. But seller ignores you and product issues.

It's easy to install and have a very clear view and record for the corridor in front of my apartment. Need to download a CloudEdge APP connect to cell phone, you can view the current status, also you can store the record on cloud, but you have to pay every month, anyhow, it worth to keep the records for 3-5days. You need to recharge if the battery runs out, seems battery works long, it still works from the day I installed up to now. Good choice.

Easy setup! Great pictures. Motion sensing is very good. Night vision is good. Sets new standard for the cameras and is a great value. Bought two then bought 2 more when I saw how East they were to set up. Replaced Arlo cameras with these and could not be happier. Motion sensing on these blows Arlo away. Also no charges for cloud as they store pictures on SIM cards. SIM card are extra but cheaper than cloud.

At first, this camera seemed to be just what I needed. After a few days I noticed that it did not notify me for every arriving vehicle or person. In the last 2 weeks it just did not pick up anything. I changed the settings for motion detection and none of that helped. I even strung 300ft of Cat 5 and another mesh station within 10 feet of the camera and that did not help. It would have been so great!
