My little dog didn't like her feet to be rubbed dry or her head to be covered up with anything. Then I started to use this towel/blanket to dry her off after being out in the rain. Now when she comes in all wet, I praise her for stopping near the door as I casually throw it over her entire body to cover her up. I grab clumps of her fur and massage her body all over with it. Head covered, she can't tell where I'm coming in next when I go after a foot to dry! The massage all over feels so good, she'll stand whatever's necessary to have it done! We end up playing more with this towel, so it's a very positive experience for us both.It's become like a special blankie for anytime, she loves to be swaddled up in it to play!It cleans easily in a warm water wash. I put it in a nylon mesh bag to collect as much of her hair from it to keep it off other items in the wash. Dries beautifully, looks brand new. Bought a second one for on top of my bed, as she likes to "cuddle in the middle", between my legs. (I recently turned my bed around, she no longer has a wall at her back. Lying between my two legs makes her feel safe.)The towel isn't as water absorbent as I'd like, but it's no worse than using a car shamee to dry a dog (doesn't work). This towel/blanket offers more opps to play and cuddle.

This product does well with absorbency, especially after bath time.

These are pretty absorbent. The color is not what I expected (they're more grey/dull than purple. They're not the least bit thick but I gave it the 5-star in that section because I like it being as thin as it is. I do think it's overpriced for the quality. And, unfortunately my pup has already chewed thru one. The packaging advertising it having pockets at the corners to insert your hands, helping to maneuver when drying your dog with this towel but that doesn't exist.

I purchased this “Super Absorbent Microfiber Towel” from My Doggy Place to use after bathing my dog. It was a complete waste of money; doesn’t absorb anything and leaves my dog soaking wet after her bath. Truly one of the worst purchases I have ever made on Amazon.

I purchased 24 towels for Specialty Dog Show prizes. The description and packaging advertise “pockets for your hands” when in fact there are no pockets on any of the towels.

This actually wasn't as absorbent as I expected it to be. It still was large enough to swaddle my kitten while drying him.

Got my Shih Tzu puppy on a saturday. The first week we had her it poured all day every day it seemed. We used these a lot. That week. They are soft and super absorbent.

Bought a My Doggy Place towel to dry my 9-week old PWD puppy after baths. It's soft, light but not thin, and is absorbent to get the job done. Overall, I'm satisfied with the towel.

The product had a hole in it. Not worth it.
