This book is excellent for anyone wanting to make the first step in healthy lifestyle changes for the WHOLE family! It is an easy read, and gives you long-term solutions to a problem that (sadly) is not going away anytime soon. Pick it up!!!

The Pantry Principle provides an eye opening view on the food like products we are consuming that is causing harm to our health. We just aren’t taught these simple skills like understanding a food label and fall victim to the food industries flashy marketing tactics, especially packaged food that is marketed as healthy but really isn't. We are giving away our authority by allowing these norms to go unchallenged. This is a great resource I am recommending to all my clients. So I highly recommend buying this book and putting these accessible principles into practice to create the health you and your loved ones deserve.
