Q: Microphone not working - arrived today, no instructions. Plugged into TV, my son can hear sound but no one can hear him. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this was ever resolved, but it's because your TV doesn't have a microphone input on the headphone jack. You would need to plug the headphones into whatever source (presumably a game console) your son is using.

It has a switch to turn on and off the mic. I don’t see a difference. On or off other kepikr still hear me.

Unfortunately not, it is permanently fixed to the headphones

Q: will it work on an xbox one s?

Yeah, you'll probably need a smaller jack adapter if your planning on plugging into the controller
