Solid Quality
This is a good quality dip belt (or pull ups). The material is good. The construction is excellent. The padding is adequate for most purposes. The chain is solid as are the connectors. I've used it to make my pull ups harder (as if they weren't hard enough). It works as advertised and does it nicely.
