The schedule he outlines is this: Take 1 pill, twice a day (total of two pills a day), for two weeks. This is a necessary warm up period so unbalanced brains can get used to the new neurotransmitters being created. After two weeks increase the dose to 2 pills, twice a day (total of 4 pills a day), for two weeks If needed, after two weeks increase to 3 pills, twice a day (total of 6 pills a day), for two weeks I would presume that if nothing is felt after that, then you'd want to talk with your doctor. If you have a deficiency in something, when it becomes balanced you may be able to cut back.
