Love this!
This nostril oil is fabulous! It smells wonderful, but not so strong it burns your nostrils. I use it as directed, tap a couple drops on a QTip and circle it around the nostrils. My nostrils open up in a minute or less and I have great breathing all day. I use it again near bedtime.

Very nice but be aware when dispensing
This oil is great! Use it on the soles of my feet. This oil is very thin, so keep that in mind when dispensing. I tend to get more than I am trying to so I do go through it a little faster than some of my other oils.

Helps with decongestion
I got this oil to help relieve nasal congestion due to allergies. It works pretty well for a temporary relief. It is mild and smells pleasantly, and when I put it inside the nostrils feels good, does not irritate. I use it at night before I go to bed, but also during the day. I’ve been using it for at least a year now.
