Cancelled product care.........
Cancelled product care for full refund as appliance being covered was returned as faulty on delivery.Have taken out a fresh product care for the replacement appliance.

Too much hassle to get a claim
Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this. I had a cordless vacuum, and the Wand has broken.Ive got in touch to get a replacement or have a voucher to buy a new one. (it costs 30GBP). Sent a picture of where it broke as well.They asked me to return the entire vacuum so that they can see if it can be fixed. (its broken plastic I dont know how they want to do that) Also there is no need for that I can still use the two ends of the vacuum to clean the house and I could have just sent the wand for them to inspect. but no...So I just decided to pay the 30 pound out of pocket and bought the replacement wand myself.

Useful as a backup - just in case !

Can’t register item insured.
I haven’t been able to register the product insured as the firm won’t accept a mobile phone number or a landline number. Zip code also required. I’ll have to sort it when I’ve more time. This was using the Q square to register.Frustrating & time consuming.

Vacuum returned as faulty so I cancelled insurance but hvent had money back
