Poor design
First impressions were good. Nice looking plate and thoughtful having clear colour coding for each of the 8 ethernet cables. All insert well with the correct tool. The problem is with the design for inserting the Cat5 cable into it. They don't quite lock in place as they should if the ethernet cable is shrouded. I had to cut back the shroud on one to allow it to go in far enough to click. Slightly too much force and the dust cover breaks off as well. Disappointing.
