Can someone please just list the internal dimensions without referencing another camera? For the large version?

What does the term "belt loop strap" mean? Is it an actual belt loop as in a pair of pants, or something else? Will it go on a "real belt" or is there another configuration?

Belt loop strap mean that there is a band of material connected to the case so you can slip a belt through it to keep the case on your waist. You thread your belt through your pants like you would normally do, then between to of thpants belt loops, you tuck the belt end through the case's loop before continuing on with normal thread of the belt around the waist and fastening it in place. After doing this, you wear it right there on your waist.

Would the large size fit Canon Powershot G16?

Yes, it should. I have a Canon G1X and it fits.I also have a second case for an EOS M w/ 22mm f/2 lens and it fits too.
