Easy to wear
I like this holster. It's well made, hangs comfortably under my safari vests, out of sight. It's all leather, made in Turkey, seller is in Florida. The straps have removable screw rivets so you can adjust them to fit your chest size, etc. I'm about 44" chest, I had to let it out one hole on each side, still have more holes for adjustment in case I balloon out. I have a GI spec 1911. It fits well inside the holster. A little loose, which I like, I won't be struggling to take it out. It has two release straps: A quick release metal tab strap that goes behind the hammer - and a cross strap that goes under the spur, with two snaps, this strap can be removed easily if you feel the need. I would keep that in place for secure carry until I feel the need to clear for quick removal. There are two belt loops that hang down, one on each side. No snaps, the pants belt has to be threaded through it. Or a separate belt can be worn across the stomach, I'm using a black web built. Or they can be left loose, the holster hangs fine that way. Depends on what kind of action hero I plan to be. I've tried the 1911 in various types of waist belt loops and holsters. Because of the weight, they can be awkward and the hammer sticks in my ribs. This shoulder rig is very comfortable and handy, easy to wear while sitting down, driving, etc., with easy access. Concealment under a loose vest or jacket is no problem.

Fits like a GLOVE!!!!
Purchased for my new Springfield Armory SA-35 9mm and it fits like a glove. Has very fine leather which is soft and pliable. Very well made as I could not ask for better workmanship. Feels great while on with great easy access to the weapon. While the SA-35 9mm has a double stack magazine they fit very snug and with work will loosen. I am very happy with this purchase and happy to recommend.

Not perfect, but very good for this price point.
Overall, this is an excellent holster. Not perfect, but certainly as good or better than anything else at this price point. Initially, the holster and mag carriers are all a little snug. This is not unusual for leather holsters. Load them up and give them time and they'll self-fit.The leather is a little thinner than I'd like, which makes me wonder about long term durability. There's no give in leather, so it seems to me that adding a little stretch where it clips to the belt would be a good thing. And I did find one fitment issue. Holstering my sig Sauer 1911 Target has a tendency to disengage the thumb safety. This is a HUGE problem. I believe it is because that pistol has an extended ambidextrous safety, but since it's the only gun I own with that particular safety, I have not been able to confirm this. And it occurs only with this gun, not with any of the other 1911 models I have tried.

Really good holster.
Made to fit almost everyone. It fit my 1911 perfectly. I like everything about it almost. The only improvement in my mind would be to put snaps on the belt loops so you did not have to remove your belt to put on or take it off. Other than that it seems to be well made of good materials.

Old school, hand worked leather craftsmanship
The good: the workmanship, boning on the holster, stitching and overall work is some of the best I have ever seen, and I own several Galco rigs. The bad: the rig definitely requires break in with leather of this quality. Also, the retention strap on the magazine pouch need a snap added because my mags use a base pad, and won't line up correctly. Small price to pay for a rig of this quality. Buy from these people now, for when the word gets out, the price will not be this low for long

You wanna feel like a 70's cop?
Listen.. if you're a boomer at heart like me, and you need a comfortable carry option under a suit jacket, then this is your style of holster. For $100 you really can't go wrong. Coat carry, jacket carry, or if you're just fat and worry about comfort, it'll do. Just train to not flag your buddies with your finger on the trigger and you'll be fine.Quality is what you'd expect. It's not a Galco, but for half the price, it's well worth it. One thing I don't like about it, is the belt loop hook comes unbuttoned every once in a while, but I move around a lot. But It's easy enough to fix when I notice it.Also, my barber says it's neat. So treat yourself.

This is not a full grain leather piece.
Do not be fooled by "genuine leather". For those that do not understand leather ratings, this is almost the lowest quality you can buy, and is bonded with fabric (think the "leather" belts that start peeling away after light use), you can see this on the attached pictures.Next, the clasps they used. In the marketing photo you see nice large button clasps (picture shows 3 going up the side). In reality you get a screwed post attachment. Which means the post pushes through the "leather" hole and creates tension there. These are terrible for this type of use, b/c over time the hole will provide less and less tension meaning that this will no longer hold. On top of this, you can see on the photos that the post is only finger tight at best. They did not even utilize something like Locktite to keep it together.Overall, cheap materials, cheap craftsmanship. Avoid at all costs unless you are only using for something like cosplay/costume for short term.
