I have to admit I'm in less pain. Though I've yet to find something to help my back when I am on my feet for 10 to 15 minutes, the pain is excruciating, then I have to sit down and after another 10 to 15 minutes the pain is gone. This supplement among other's I've tried have not worked for that issues. But this has helped with joint pain and flexibility. When I get up in the mornings my hands are stiff and sore. I also used to have a lot of shoulder and neck pain, but this supplement seems to be really helping in that area. Not sure I will buy more, due to the price and being on Social Security, I have to pick and choose what I can spend each month. I'm not saying this product is over priced, because it is a quality supplement.

As I get older my joints are getting less flexible and they hurt a little. I take turmeric for my joints and I definitely notice it helps. I also take a glucosamine chondroitin supplement. So in taking this formula by HCP I don’t have to take as many capsules every day. Although this formula requires I take 2 capsules twice daily with meals, 4 capsules per day ( I will have a 30 day supply ).I like that this formula contains additional natural ingredients which are beneficial to my joints such as collagen, boswellia and hyaluronic acid.These capsules aren’t too big, they are easy for me to swallow.I’ve not experienced any negative side effects since starting this supplementI’m happy with this product, I feel it’s a good fit for me.

Synovera isn’t the only brand I use for joint relief, but BioCell collagen is one of few supplements that actually lessens my arthritic knee pain. The addition of curcumin, boswellia and Ayuflex in this helps even more—there are few brands that incorporate all those ingredients, and they work better for me than glucosamine chondroitin.I appreciate the convenience of taking just two capsules a day versus many. Nothing works miracles, but this formula does minimize joint discomfort to very tolerable levels. The key is consistent supplementation, eating healthy and exercising—I’m working on all three, and see improvement.

I've been taking collagen supplements for joint mobility for almost 10 years and can't live without it. Someone at work suggested I add curcumin to my supplement regimen to get even more effective joint mobility. I've also been adding a couple other joint mobility formulas and it seems that the cocktail is working as I can go through a day completely pain-free. However now I feel like I'm overdoing it on taking supplements and would like to simplify my routine. So far this product with the easy to swallow capsules seems to be doing the trick. Normally I would notice the change within a few days if my new supplements aren't working properly but they seem to be just fine. They are a bit on the expensive side but I guess when you combine the value of all the other supplements I was taking, this is still a good value.

For overall joint flexibility , you likely know that Glucosamine and Chondroitin are highly effective. Synovera does include 100mg of Chondroitin Sulfate per each daily dose of two capsules. It also includes Collagen and a small amount of Hyaluronic Acid. The idea here is that hyaluronic acid provides lubrication and joint shock absorbtion. It can help reduce inflammation, too. Indeed, for adults, the FDA has approved it for treatment of osteoperosis. As always, consult your physician before embarking on any new supplementation regimen. At a dollar a day, the price is reasonable and Amazon’s 30 day free returns policy is confidence inducing, too.

This is a good formula, and contains many ingredients shown to help with joint pain and inflammation. I take many of these ingredients separately.The collagen in this formula is type-II collagen, and while it has been shown to work, it is also one of the more expensive types of collagen.Boswellia and turmeric are powerful anti-inflammatory agents, and this formula contains both of these. Terminalia arjuna is an interesting herb I haven't heard much about, but some research suggests anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular benefits.The inclusion of black pepper extract is to improve the absorption of herbal extracts.Overall, this is a great formula, but pricey. Many of the ingredients are expensive so it makes sense.

I felt the healing on the first dose, which is weird for me, but true, it just keeps improving wondering how I went without it. It has started to cut down on my dosage for pain killers. Highly Highly advise. If you live close to where you can overnight from Amazon, then get it here otherwise check your local health food store. Ours sells it for the same price as Amazon and it takes a long time to get my orders so I will always get local. You will be very happy with the product.
