Liked the quick delivery. I did not read the ad correctly; this one reads in celcius. I printed off a chart.Ordered a second thermometer at same time ( Farenhiet) and was same thermometer; same style, made identical except for reading in F and half the price. I have to pay more attention.

It arrived today. Since I work with seniors I wanted to be able to check my temperature every morning to determine if it is safe to go to work, considering the Covid-19 threat.Already wary because it was clear English was not the primary language of whoever wrote the instructions, I carefully cleaned it with 90% rubbing alcohol. It did say either a C or F would be displayed, so I assumed there was an option to switch between reading options. Apparently not! It registers strictly in Celsius - there is no way to switch it to Fahrenheit. Now I will have to transpose my readings on my computer any time it doesn't register 37 = 98.6 - very annoying and time consuming!

With all recent events my mom's work doesn't require anyone to wear mask, she's immune compromised and has been doing her best to make sure she is keeping healthy. She loves using her thermometer everyday to make sure her body temperature is at a normal range. Quality feels good doesn't feel cheap at all totally worth the price.

If you live in America, this thermometer will show a normal temperature range of 36.5°C to 37°C.36.5°C = 97.7°F.37.0°C = 98.6°F37.5°C = 99.5°F.Google has those temperature translations to American use, Fahrenheit scale.There were no Fahrenheit thermometers for sale at the time.

Doesn’t give temperature in Fahrenheit and it takes forever to beep. This thermometer was expensive but I needed an extra. Not worth the price.

DO NOT BUY!!!! When I ordered it two weeks ago, the few reviews seemed ok. Clearly they were not real or very easy going people which is what it is.Also, I am pretty sure it said it read Fahrenheit too. It even says it in the “instructions”. I’m sorry I wasted my money and time waiting for this. I will use it until it eventually breaks (as noted in other reviews). If you are going to wait for one, make sure there are enough reviews to make it worth the risk. 👍🏻Another indicator that this is a piece of junk is that the original price for this was $27, it is now $9.

I’d canceled the order due to Amazon's shipping time-frame, However, once the item arrived my daughter was so excited to have a thermometer which read in Celsius, we changed our mind to keep it! Excellent thermometer!
