DO NOT BUY -- I WANT MY $$$ BACK!!!

Do NOT buy this book! I would give it zero stars if I could. This has absolutely nothing to do with finance. There are no equations or theory discussed ANYWHERE in this book. I want my money back! The author should be ashamed of himself for being so deceptive. Especially at this price! This book is extremely pedantic and seems as if it was written 60 years ago. Thanks for ripping me off, Tim Harvard.

This book gave some valuable insights into the business of property development, which is what I really wanted. Didn't get the chance to go over the valuation part due to sadly losing the book, but what I did get to read was of great use.
