Good replacement part, the neck is a bit longer so you don't have to bend forward as much as the spectra flanges to have milk drop down.

Love these flanges, just as good as spectra flanges! Easy to use, good fit, no complaints.

Work way better than inserts!

I ordered these because my swelling had gone down and I needed to drop down a size, from the 24mm to the 21mm and it was too soon for insurance to send a new one. These did not disappoint. Interchangeable with all my other spectra parts. Tubing, flanges, valves, all good quality, worked well, durable and functional.

Thank goodness for these! Finding the right flange size made a huge difference in comfort and output. These 17mm flanges were the perfect fit for me. I just wish I had figured it out sooner. A must if you're not getting the results you want with the standard sizes.

Bought these so I could stop using the silicon inserts that came with the sizing kit. First time using them and already got more output than when I was using the inserts! Definitely recommend buying the correct size plastic flange once you find your size!

Love Maymom products. I bought these flanges a couple months prior and LOVE them. Decided to purchase again in July 2025 and they seem to have changed and are "slippery-er" than before making it tougher to keep in place and have a good suction. However, i have not experienced any leaking out the flange and the seal has been good enough that milk hasn't leaked down my chest.Compatible with Spectra pumps and dishwasher safe.

Work great! Just like the name brand.
