I bought this saw to remove some small trees (about 5" in diameter) that were too close to the fence and/or buildings to safely remove with a chain-saw, and in too awkward a corner to fit a bow-saw. It was perfect for that. Didn't take too long, didn't jam, and didn't take an undue amount of upper-arm strength (especially if I was patient and let the saw do the work instead of putting a lot of pressure on it.) I'll definitely keep it in my tool-box from now on.

The fire starter is very good, the chain saw not so good. The chain saw is hard to use by one person, it easily jams, probably better with two people to use it.

This is not of the quality I was hoping feels like a cheep bike chain. It wet fine through the first branch but it's not made for anything bigger then a few inches in diameter.

I haven't had the opportunity to use the saw as yet (thank goodness)it was purchased for my survival box kept at home. I have seen thedemonstrations and am sure it will "fit the bill" if use becomes necessary.

This thing works. I wish it was 36" but really for the price this just does the job well. I repeatedly cut 6" diameter logs into sections with no problem.

This saw is great it looked great but was blown away when I saw it a real deal going to buy more to give to my family
