Q: Hi ive bought these but thete is no instructions on how long to leave the product on for can anyone help please

Hi! I’m trained by nouveau and for the lifting balm which is step 2 on the packet, it is left on for 10/12/14 minutes - it depends on the strength of the lashes! Step 3 (volumising fix) is left on for 7 mins.

Q: Does this include adhesive please
