This product really helps with my hair and nail growth for sure! My nails usually break pretty easy when they get a little length on them but since I have been taking this, they do NOT break until I clip them because they get to long for my liking. As for my hair, I have been trying to grow my hair out for 2 years to donate it again and I just got it trimmed a couple months ago to get rid of split ends and started taking this product a couple weeks ago and my hair is still growing longer and stronger with little to no products to keep it from fizzing to much. And there is no flavor or nasty after taste to this pill.
