This roast works wonderfully as aregular drip brew. I grind this a bitfiner in a normal brew format, and it produces a very smooth and full bodied experience. The flavor is deep and round (with elements of cocoa, maple & smoke), and not a hint of tartness in the finish. My favourite everyday coffee roast.
