A Different Kind of Must-Read Mythology
The book is loaded with science - fiction and weaved with a mixture of mythology, which makes it a page-turner. The theme of the book includes love, hate, friendship, bond, relationship, family, friends, trust, betrayal, belief, loss, victory, history, science and many other aspects which a reader craves for.The title of the book is catchy and mysterious. The cover seems interesting. Narration is proper with the third person POV; the author narrated the story in a very simple and sophisticated manner. The story keeps shifting from past to present, detailing the important periods of Kalki, the protagonist and other characters’ life as needed. The characters are developed properly as the story demands. Scenes are portrayed well. The writing style is smooth, easy and engaging. The pace of the book is slow at the beginning but then it becomes gripping. Even though it has around 310 pages, I finished the book in less than 6 hours; it’s just unputdownable. The book surprised me in a good way. Also, it seems the author has done a great deal of research in creating the elements of the book.Overall, it is a great book that will ignite your imagination. If you are among those who love science-fiction, fantasy, and mythology, then it’s a must-read.

Compelling read
NAME OF THE BOOK:The Last Avatar(Age of Kalki#1)NAME OF THE AUTHOR: Vishwas MudagalYEAR OF PUBLICATION:2018GENRE: Sci-fiPLOT:This book is revolves around Neel, who masks himself as Kalki to help the nation and his struggles to stop the Apocalyptic war arising in the world by THE INVISIBLE HAND. "Starting from the cover, At first I'm not sure about why the cover has Lord Hanuman in it,then After reading the book,it all made sense and it's perfect. The author also justifies the title of the book really well. Then, the language is not so simple but definitely very good,The writing style is so intriguing that you can't to put the book down once you started reading it. I expected this book to be more on the mythological side but it ended up in the sci-fi side, still the story line and execution was really nice.It also has little bit of romance it, but it kind of lost in the depth and flow of the story. It is a fast paced novel and a single sitting read!"FUN FACT:Trust me,once you picked up this book there is no going back ❤🙈RECOMMENDED:Yes.RATING:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bringing mythology and sci-fi together!
There will always be bad and evil, and somewhere good will take birth to overcome those entities.Kalki is a character I personally found likeable, a character with a lot of potential but more than Kalki it was Nushen who captivated me.Sci-fi, mythological, terror, this book has all of these elements combined together making it slightly distinct from several other mythological adaptations/mythological fictions. The author has touched the topic of terrorism in an apt way. Overall it is a book worth checking out once.My take- I wish Nushen was the central character as that would have been a very unique and extremely distinctive plot.

Great Read
This book is a mythological/fantasy/superhero genre. I'm definitely not in a position to classify it but it was a fun read for anyone who was or is a superhero fan. Shaktiman FTW!It follows Kalki, the 10th Avatar of Vishnu who would turn up to save our Kali Yug. As all superheros, this one prefers to be invisible, turning up whereever he is needed for the country.I loved the fact that it was very movie-like, with flashbacks coming as and when required for each of the characters. It is a modern tale of science and technology mixed with ancient scriptures and concepts. Loved how the author has intertwined the two beautifully. The book kind of resembles Tamil Movies by Director Shankar ( Indian, Anniyan, types). So if anyone is into this kind of a genre, then I would most definitely recommend this book.Amazing writing using not too many characters but dwelling into each in detail.Would love to read its sequel.
