The golden fruit!!
Some cakes dont look so attractive with dark sultanas so alike in colour with raisins. I have used in cake making and bread & butter pudding. Flavour great and good value for money.

These are ideal for my light fruit cake. Dried fruit is often very dry; this is moist and has a delicious flavour. I will be ordering agai.
