Received fairly quick response and replacement hose after notifying company that it arrived damaged. Love the new garden hose. It's light weight, very sleek and kink free! Spray nozzle works great with several different settings easy to use. Very satisfied with product & would highly recommend.

Love this hose. I bought the same size one that deflated when water turned off. In fact had 2. They didn't last long and were $100 a piece. This is a great hose. It doesn't get tangled up. Easy to wrap and put away. Light and manageable. It's made very well. This is also a great price for this hose.

I have this hose and have really enjoyed the sturdiness and flexibility of this hose and how easy it is to store. The spray nozzle works wonderfully and is fully adjustable. I did experience a problem with the hose, about 6 weeks after purchase it ruptured. The customer service department from the company responded quickly to my cry for help and sent a replacement out right away. Within a matter of a few days I had the replacement hose hooked up and am back in business.Note- I have purchased a few of these hoses, only one developed a soft spot that lead to it leaking. All others are working perfectly.

This is the best hose we have ever owned !! We have had it for about 1 1/2 years and it looks like new still. It's lightweight and so easy to move around , does not kink but is flexible. Is our first stainless hose and will only have stainless from now on ! Highly recommend this hose !!!

I have three of these hose and they are very nice and easy to use. They are very flexible, sturdy and almost tangle free. My only issue I had was one developed a leak at the connector like all hoses do, but couldn't be repaired like a regular rubber hose. Fortunately, this hose is made to last a long time and will hold up to constant use.

I’m so tired of lugging heavy rubber hoses around my garden-this hose is a sturdy featherweight hose that never kinks. It’s flexible, is easily rinsed if it gets muddy and I store it easily by coiling it in an attractive pot. It saves me money because it totally doesn’t leak and I can count on it lasting.

I love that this hose doesn’t kink or is hard to maneuver when I need to walk around. It’s very lightweight and the nozzle is very easy to turn on, lots of water pressure. Love this item.

I love this hose. It stays cool in the sun and is not as heavy as regular hose. As a female of small stature, the othe hose can be exhaust to unravel and put away due to the weight I tried the ones that contract on it own. Tget too are lightweight. I have issue since it only long enough to where I need when the water is running through it. Eventually it starts leaking where it connects because I over pull it try to cover the yard.
