The media could not be loaded. This lock is so incredibly easy to set up and use. This is not the first lock of its kind that I have purchased. It took under 30 minutes to fully charge the first time and it took less than 5 minutes to register 5 finger prints. I like the the entire side lights up blue or red so there is no question whether your doing it right or wrong. The reset button on the bottom is also a wonderful way to know indefinitely whether things are registering correctly.

I have had this lock for four months now and haven't had to charge the battery yet. I am extremely pleased with the operation of this lock.

At first, I was reasonably impressed. Apparently I spend too much time in the garage etc. doing things that damage my finger prints. Opening is has been inconsistent. It has gotten much worse. It has been a few days since I have been able to open my bag. I'll give it a couple more days for fingerprints to grow back? before I decide it is time to cut this lock open. Either way, I think I am probably done with it. Someone who is not so tough on their hands is probably fine.Update and upgraded rating: While there was no indication of a low battery, I decided to plug in a charger and try it. It worked after two or three tries.After the first time I programmed it, I had limited success opening the lock. I cleared it out and programmed it again. I paid special attention to holding my fingers the way I would when I grab the lock naturally.

Was initially worried about the charge lasting for long distance travel. Still worked after 30 days of not charging it.Great product!!!!

I sent mine back for a refund. I followed the instructions and put my prints in as 'adminstrator'. At first it seemed to work fine, but when I picked it up my thumb triggered the lock. So I experimented. My knuckle would open the lock. It gets worse...I could literally trigger the lock with my nose the print detection was so bad. What good is a biometric lock if anyone's biometrics open it?

Arrived quickly and works great! Very solidly built.The instructions are simple and clear. I like that one can have up to 10 fingerprints stored.

In all seriousness… not very accurate but does work. Make sure to register multiple fingers and remember the exact orientation you saved your finger print.If your fingers are wet forget about it… you’ll be locked out of the locker till your finger dry and un wrinkle. I’m sure as a regular luggage lock it’s great. But I DONOT recommend for the gym/pool use 🏊🏾‍♂️ 💪🏾

Works perfectly. Very reasonable setup and great for people like myself with a bad memory.
