Good value for the $
This is a good set for the price. Not cheaply made like some. Amazing how much difference a V (high flow) fitting makes if your hoses don't have a restriction elsewhere. Ended up ordering 4 sets before it was all said and done. My kid didn't want to spend the $ for new fittings (I had to put my foot down, amazing how all the tools quit disappearing when he had to pay for any tools he needed but we no longer had). I got tired of him coming to borrow my hoses and fittings because he couldn't get enough oomph from his so I finally caved and got him some. I see complaints about leaking or the o-rings going bad. I do have some that sometimes leak a little bit but doesn't take much to make them quit hissing. I've never used air tools that didn't do this. That said, I don't use air tools daily anymore (retired mechanic) so that probably factors in to it. The o-ring's might be problematic otherwise but I don't see these being any different than any other style that uses o-rings (All the high flow I've seen use them- but that doesn't necessarily mean anything). It takes a little getting used to this type fitting if you've always used the type you have to pull the collar back on. You have to feel or hear the collar lock forward or it will pop out. Other than that the smaller 1/4" fittings I used before fit into these for the tools I didn't need the high airflow from, but that might entirely depend on which style you used before. At least these aren't aluminum or junk metal like some I've seen.

The female connecter sometimes gets stuck open.
The title of my review tells all. The connecter will sometimes state open and begin draining the compressor. This can be a pain. In retrospect I should have spent the extra money and bought the Milton brand. That would be my recommendation. If the problem persists I will switch to the Milton.

High flow fittings
Purchased these because my new paint gun recommended high flow fittings. I can certainly tell the volume of air flow is higher through these than with the standard fittings.

Should be standard
Its like going from a v6 to a v8. These connect and seal well. It's a pretty decent kit that I used on a few different tools I have

Good
So far they seem to be pretty well made. They clip on easily to high flow and regular fittings smoothly with no leaks and release very easily. They have a 1 year warranty also according to the package.

What’s needed for real air flow
These are the fittings you need to achieve read air flow. Don’t use the smaller opening fittings for blasting or painting if you don’t want flow drops.

Garbage
Plugs get stuck inside couplers, and have to be discarded after a single use. The steel that the plugs are constructed from is too soft and deforms inside the coupler, making it impossible to disconnect them without disassembly. Absolute garbage and a waste of money.

If you want to know how good your air tool is...buy these!!!
I am a professional auto tech, with 30 years in the industry so obviously I've used a few air tools. Until I bought these I had no idea how much power I was giving up using the common smaller air fittings (I believe they are type "A"). The improvement is across the whole range of tools, impact gun, air hammer, air ratchet, die grinders, etc. Everything works so much better with these high flow fittings, they just wake your tools up.The fittings themselves are well built but if you drop your tool and the fitting hits the concrete it will be damaged since they are thinner to accommodate the extra air volume, also if you are using them on a percussion tool (impact anything or air hammer), use a short whip hose between your air line and the tool or they will get beat up.Think of it this way, 100 psi through a garden hose or 100 psi though a 3" pipe, which will give more volume at the outlet. Just buy a set, you'll see....
