Super-duper sticky. Quick intake. Taste good and good nutrition. Seriously, it's sticky if you get in on your hands.

Bout time someone made gels that are liquid like this.
idea: Outstanding. Liquid gel's like these are so much easier to get down when you are hammering on the bike or running your azzzz off.taste: is relative, but they are not horrible. They are not outstanding either. They are "good'ish". Like taste good enough that you will down one and not dread it.packaging: Could use a little work. When you tear the top off where it tears is not very giving. Like all of the ones i tear off barely leave a hole big enough to get any liquid out. Also the package size is a bit bigger than a normal gel package..just barely.. I guess to equal 100 calories they have to do that.Value: This is where they get a major star deducted. At the time of me typing this they are 2.00 per gel where if you look at most classic gels those are typically 1.09-1.30 in cost. They need to get the price of these down, but they are the only player in town right now doing these liquid gel shots.Love them. cept the price.

Way better than gels
Compared to regular gel texture, they are amazing. There are only.a couple favors I can stand, which taste ok. Much less mess, easy to get down and less need for water. The package is quite bulky and they are still a little more expensive than I'd like, but for the first product like this I've heard of its worth it.

1000 easier to take than the gel, I used to struggle with the gel while running, but with this liquid Gu is so much easierNice flavor and comfortable pouchIt kicks very quickly

Great for my long runs
I've been using this a while for my long runs and during races. Easy on my stomach, easy to swallow and gives me the energy I need.

Good product, but not as east to consume as a gel.
I have been using the Clif Shot Citrus for a couple years now, but for some reason they have stopped making them, and they are hard to find so I decided to try these. They taste good and you don't have to take them with water so +1 to that, but they are also hard to consume while running - I have to stop to consume it, so -1 for that. I'm not sure what they could do to make it better. So good product, so long as you don't mind stopping to consume it.
