NO customer service
this device did not mate with my unit . I tried text service , no one got back to me for 3 days . Called and left message to get back to me ,that took 3 days . The man told me to follow directions he sent me that they WON"T help me step by step . I got an egghead involved he couldn't find out the correct diagram for the download . I'm a patient man . that patience is over with tekswamp . don't bother .

This remote does not work with the Bose lifestyle28 and the manufacturer's technician who called me made no effort to try to resolve it. He said send it back and that's what I did. Disappointing.
