Awesome, very detail instructions and illustrations. Even if you didn’t know how to draw , you can easily follow the directions and end up with good drawings.Definitely would recommend.

Okay. At first glance, I wanted to diss this book. But I slowed down, took a good look, noticed that while it is simple, it’s nice. The content is relaxing. I don’t feel the pressure to ‘learn to draw’ that I feel with most books.Also, I really like the physical nature of this book - I ordered a physical copy - it’s about the size of a piece of paper, and thin, yes, and that’s exactly what makes it feel so easy to use. It folds open and flat easily, I feel like I can treat this book like a disposable workbook, have fun learning from it, and not fuss over it like I might a more expensive book where I tend to hesitate bending the book wide open (which I love to do - it’s a paradox).So, while I wouldn’t suggest you buy this if you’re looking for a serious drawing guide, I will highly reccomend it to anyone who wants something more fun, easygoing, low pressure, that offers a well balanced learning experience in a fun format.It’s a perfect book to give to young kids for all these reasons. But it is a perfectly good book for grownups who just want something light and easy, too.Perfect if you want to play around with the idea of drawing without taking it too seriously.But that’s no discredit to the book. I actually have to commend the author for creating such a light and easy learning experience. Well worth the price.

Not a "How to" book. It's just a collection of pictures of anime eyes. You can find better references for free online. Also the photos aren't even high DPI they are all grainy and textured. Not a high quality print at all. Do not recommend.

The pictures are not crisp. Looks like they were small images blown up and printed out on a home computer. There is no guidance or lessons ok coloring the eyes, which seems to be indicated as something to be included in the book according to the cover. This book is mildly helpful, at best.

As someone who has just started drawing Anime this book was super helpful. Most of the other books I got didnt show me eyes for different expressions so i enjoyed this book very much. definitely recomend :D

I expected much more from the book, it is very basic with only a few examples. It does not in any way reflect what the front cover illustrates. Its basic stuff you can get off internet, I was hoping it would take me to next step in creating those lovely anime eyes like it show you on cover this does not.Don't waste your money it's not worth paying out for what little basics book gives you.

It's a simple way to learn how to simply draw anime eyes, not the bets but I did like the step by step good job in the simplicity. You can further it once you get the idea.

One of my favourite book. This book was useful to me to draw anime this book contains every eyes with thier emotions like Happy, Angry, Sad, Cry, embracing, in love, Okay and so on. With clear pictures and explanation. Small but good.

it helped a lot so thank you!!Usually I'd be looking for books in the kindle store for drawing anime and would find something rubbish (written by other authors) . When I saw this book in the kindle store,I thought it wouldn't help me.I decided to read it anyway .And boy!!!was I wrong. It's perfect for someone like me. The eyes have a lot of creativity and you actually write description about how to draw each step.My favorite eye was the 1st, the classic.And I like the eyelashes on the real eye too. You give me so much inspiration so thanks again Meru!!!!

This is awful, its super thin and has some of the worst bogus looking eye tutorials inside. None of they eyes look like the one of the cover. You would have better results by literally googling "anime eye's"

It is very focused and targeted on anime eyes. It was exactly what my daughter wanted to help her perfect drawing expressive faces.
