Bluetooth Headset, Arkey burds Wireless Bluetooth Earpiece /Headphones With Microphone For Talking, HD Voice Headsets for Driving, Noise Canceling and Hands Free with Mic for Cell Phones

OK ... gotta tell ya ... I've spend untold hundreds of dollars on the Plantronics Legend (bought a couple of them ... lost a couple, have two as back up to each other). I bought the Arkey after seeing it on someone I work with and hearing good things. The Arkey is as good as the Legend for a lot less unless you buy the refurbished Legend and even then I probably wouldn't spend my money on the Plantronics ... having owned and used several ... literally.The Arkey pairs easily with multiple devices, stays connected, has great background noise suppression, great battery life/talk time and charges easily with a micro-USB instead of that wacky proprietary thingamabob required by the Legend.The bad or disappointing aspects of the Arkey is the fact that it does not support dial by name. I really have come to enjoy pushing a button and saying the name of the person I want to call and you can't do that with the Arkey. Also, when a call comes in, the notification tone in your ear is really, really hard to hear.The Arkey has become my everyday blue tooth and the Legend(s) are in my backpack as backups. I use it for phone calls, listening to audio on my phone and tablet. It works great.

I've had lots of different bluetooths. This one is great - would buy again. I did need to switch to the smallest ear cushion (it comes with cushions in three sizes) for it to be comfortable. Love the streaming; my last one didn't work for anything but calls. The controls are easy to use. Wish it came with a much longer charging cord but not a big deal. With the smallest cushion, it's so comfortable that I was running around looking for it the other day and it was already in my ear. So far no one has complained that they have any problem hearing me clearly.

People on the other end of the call started hearing static from this headset after about a month of use.Update: Seller saw my review and sent a replacement unit that seems to be working well. Will update this review to 5 stars if it lasts longer than the first one I received.Update #2: Received the replacement and have been using it for the last two days. Yesterday was fine... Today, once again, was told there was static coming from my line that disappeared when I disconnect this bluetooth headset. Also worth noting that I have a different iPhone than when I first purchased this product a while ago, so that also eliminates my phone being part of the problem (unless its an issue with iPhones in general). Really appreciate the manufacturer reaching out to me to try to make this right, but even with a replacement, this just doesn't seem to be a very high-quality headset...

Folks say they hear me well and don't sound like I'm in a tunnel. The headset feels a bit bulky fitting behind the ear. The sound it produces is comfortable but not as loud as some others on the market. The instructional guide; well lacks details and you have to figure out the limited features yourself. Oh yea, better have a magnifying glass handy to read it too! The headset, will only announce the calling phone number which is annoying (even if the contact is in your phone)... it will say... call from 999-999-9999. All-in-all, it works, it's affordable & your not out of a lot of money if it's lost.

I had need of a new headset. i had a Jabra Stealth that was in the process of dying. I did much research and found this one. There were over 900 reviews, mostly positive. The first one I bought never showed up; it was misdelivered. But I received this one & am very happy with it. The sound quality is very nice and it sits well on my ear. I did end up buying another Jabra (Halo Free this time) which is also VERY nice. If you buy this headset, you will not be disappointed.

After purchasing the Bluetooth I really enjoyed it, especially since you're able to listen to music and use the Bluetooth feature on two devices, and the Bluetooth fit comfortably. The problem came in when I started noticing that there's no noise cancellation, which may not seem like a big deal, but it is. On phone calls you can hear everything in the background and it all translates into LOUD irritating noises. I've realized after turning the Bluetooth volume all the way down the noises are still overwhelmingly loud and hard to deal with.

It works, no problems connecting to my iPhone 6. The micro-USB charging plug is terrible, very hard to plug in. Feels like I'm about to break it no matter how carefully I try to plug in. Then I lost the rubber tip for the ear piece on the 2nd day of use, they seem to come off quite easy. Luckily a few extras were provided, but I just can't get what I think is a good fit for me. The sound quality is just OK. But switching back and forth from this bluetooth headset to my iPhone earbuds, there is no question the wired earbuds are much better, both on my end as well as the other caller's end.

I put it to load every 2 days and I work super good, it has excellent sound when someone is talking to me and the people I've spoken to listen to me perfectly. It's very comfortable in my ear and I'm not a big deal, it seems like I'm not wearing it. I have 4 months since I bought it and it has not given me any problems, as I have worked 100% and without problems I give 5 stars and I recommend it.

No bluetooth is better than this. Its amazing stereo sound. As a Chairman I strongly recommend this Bluetooth.
