Good quality
This resistance band is very light, totally nice design, and made up of good material. Ideal for stretching at home and quick exercises. I bought an exercise band for the first time, and I'm absolutely pleased to buy this one. It is highly beneficial and can be brought along for a full-body workout. The resistance tube is very efficient in exercising all muscle parts, such as arms, stomach, to improve agility. I love how its elasticity is preserved after each use. After this I have decided to go with a full pack of bands, hoping to get delivered that too soon. Thanks amazon too for helping us to remain fit during this COVID times.

Good product. But stretches in a week and get low quality
Good product.. but it gets loose n stretches badly in a week of use..So durability seems not good.

Bad product
Extremely bad product. Very bad elasticity. Guess the material used to make it wasn't good enough. Got broken within a week of having started using it. Had to place order for another one, hoping that this time it will be worth the charges.

Waste of money
Waste of money, whith in a week one side tube got off while doing workout. Very bad quality.
