MacGregor Golf MACBAG146 Mactec HYBRID 14 Golf Club Stand Carry Trolley Bag

This is a really great bag with plenty of pocket space and quality functions. Would recommend getting a trolley to go with it because it won't be light to carry with steel shafted clubs and pockets full of balls and accessories.

It looks good.The legs start lower on the bag as opposed to a standard bag. Hence hybrid. It stands extremely well. Fits a cart equally as well.Everything a bag should be. Light enough to carry, the straps are extremely comfortable, and yet large enough to have cavernous pockets, secure waterproof valuable pocket and phone pocket.It looks really good.Highly recommend. Really good value for what is essentially two bags. Carry or cart its a very very good bag.

First off, can I say that I absolutely love the design of the bag, the number of pockets is incredible and the thought that has gone in to the size, location and usage of each pocket is great.However, having only used the bag around a dozen times since I bought it (I always carry, I don't use it as a cart bag) I am afraid that I have to report 3 really annoying faults with the bag.1) The scorecard pocket has very quickly frayed and is deteriorating rapidly.2) The webbing that protects some of the club divider spaces has detached and pulls out when removing clubs which subsequently makes it difficult to replace the club.3) By far the biggest problem is the stand legs; they don't fully retract and the stand therefore catches on the back of my legs as I am walking.Logged this with McGregor at 3pm Monday and they immediately offered to replace the bag, free of charge. Replacement bag arrived on Wednesday at 9:30am. Excellent service!

When looking for an affordable but good quality golf bag I came across this and at the price point I thought it was a steal, therefore I purchased it and after using it for a few months now I am enjoying it very much. I believe it is perfect for beginners or even well seasoned players as it has multiple useful pockets and plenty of storage space. On top of this it isn't too heavy and can be easily taken for a full 18. I definitely recommend this product.

As the weather is changing and clubs make you carry only. The bag fits the trolley and is light enough to carry. Saves having two bags.

Awaiting product replacement which has repeatedly changed date. Initial thoughts were the bag seemed good quality. Taken out for it's first use and the strap breaks.Once replacement arrives and it's taken out again, I'll review my review, but I wouldn't recommend currently.

An excellent golf bag that I'd recommend without hesitation. It is very solid and well made, and can be used as a carry bag (with stand) or on a trolley. I especially like the individual club silos, and there are plenty of pockets for everything you need on the course, including an umbrella pouch. The black and green detailing is very smart.
