Great customer service
I bought this the first time and it worked 1 time and then the printer said it had no ink. I emailed the company, and they immediately replaced. Within12 hours the new cartridge arrived and works great!

Works just as well as the name brand.

Doesn't work with the HP printer
I put it in and got no ink. The HP recognizes it as an invalid cartridge so I got error messages all the time while trying to clean the heads. Thought that might be the problem, but not a drop of ink came out no matter how much I cleaned them. Got a HP cartridge and it worked first time.

Great price/great ink
I installed yesterday...it fits fine, the printer(an HP3700) recognized the print cartridge immediately and I was, once again, in business.Print quality is fine, no difference between this and HP cartridge that I can see.Cannot attest to longevity at this point, but I will update if there's any issue.
