The amplification is excellent.
My wife wears hearing aids but still has a great deal of difficulty using a phone with the hearing aids. We had an amplified phone from Radio Shack that served her for years and it finally went belly up. This Big Button Braille was one of the few amplified phones on the market and we have been very pleased with it. The amplification allows my wife to use the phone without her hearing aids.
