Assembly is required if you want to add a backing. You will receive a small sized water and sky background felt cover. This means it is just the felt. There is no backing on it. Felt can be folded for easy travel and storage. Can be used with or without a backing. Can be used with any felt figures. Recommended for small size felts. Packaging may differ from that shown in the picture.
