LOVE THESE HEALING WATER BELLS
My physical therapist is using a similar water bell (yellow and a bit larger) during AquaTherapy at our local hospital pool. He instructed me to begin working on my own at municipal pool so I was thrilled to find these were available as I find them to be a more effective work out for building endurance, strength in my arns and core. It's helped with pain relief to do exercises in water I would not be capable of doing outside of pool. These increase results exponentially so your time in pool is maximized. Shipped fast and will be purchasing additional items from the company

I scoffed at the price at first, but they're well worth the money.
These things are phenomenal. This is my second set, as I had already purchased a larger size. You can get a great workout in the water using these Aqua Bells. And I'm not talking about your grandma's water aerobics. I'm talking about a really intense workout. You can emulate the movements of any Gym machine using these Aqua Bells and get some real resistance. I love them.

BEST ALL AROUND
I have been doing water aerobics for over 35 years and have found these to be the best for me. Have had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders and these help with that. Would heartingly recommend these. Robin

No instructions
I am returning these, tried to use them, shoulders sore. They charge $69.95 and just throw them in abox and expect you to figure it out!!

Practically no resistance
Hardly any resistance - and I'm a middle-aged, overweight woman. I have a 48" deep swim spa and thought these could add variety to my exercise. I now regret the purchase. They seem well made but offer practically no resistance. Perhaps for a child, this could be an option. Could also be my own fault for ordering the wrong size/color.
