I like to make non candy gift bags for Halloween as some kiddos can’t have candy or the worry of allergies to things put in candy. This is a safe and fun non treat for the kiddos. They definitely have a nice glow going, functionality is as expected, decent value for the money.Easy to use, not sure how durable or how long they will last. Most glow sticks last about a day.

Ordered Glow Critters as a Halloween "trick" for the local kiddos. The plastic critters were substantial and the individual glow sticks were easy enough to crack and activate. The glow sticks fit snugly into each critter and stayed put. Kids enjoyed receiving these instead of candy (when given a choice) and they added a nice ambient glow to their bags and buckets of treats.The items included were oddly paired in that the package says how many "pieces" are included, but this is not how many actual glow critters are included. The number on the package is the total of the plastic critters, the glow sticks and the string included to hang them. There were far more glow sticks than critters and only one glow stick will fit in each critter. Ultimately, it's just an odd proportion and for those not careful a bit deceiving in how many critters are actually in each package.I'd purchase this item again as the actual critters are pretty great, but given the actual small number of critters in the bag I might pause a bit considering the price.

These will be for work office spoofs and not for hand out on Halloween night. They have small parts (tiny glow sticks that insert into the critters) which are not for small children or could just plain get lost in a Halloween bucket or bag (the clear critters don't glow without the activated insert). They look very cool when they glow though and would be fine for a kids party if the inserts first were activated and placed inside the critters. They would glow for the rest of the day.

Only 10 bugs in package. 10 strings, 10 glow sticks for a total of 30 pieces but ONLY TEN bugs, so more than a $1.50 per bug.

These were so fun! We used them inside of raw black beans and cold colored rice during a Halloween party. I figured I’d make a few sensory table bins for all the younger kids and boy was it a hit – even the older kids joined in. But the end of the night we had many kiddos leaving with the bugs to be used later.

This does not have 30 toys in it as described. It has 10 critters and 20 mini glow sticks to use with the 10 critters, though each of these glow sticks is counted as a “toy.” I bought this as Halloween favors for a class of 24 and have to return them now. Should have read the reviews that warned others off but unfortunately was rushing to get these in time for the party. Wasted time and effort.

These are great. We handed them out on Halloween & the kids loved them. They are well made & a good size. The glow lasted over 24 hours. You get two glow sticks for every creature which is great but once you put the glow stick into the creature it is impossible to get it out. Maybe with some pliers? Even with not being able to change out the glow stick I think these are fun & will get them again next year.

These react under black light as well as having the little glow stick inserts for each bug. The glow lasts a surprisingly long time. Great for any party where you need some vermin, or whatever needs you may have.

These were as shown. They were a hit with the neighbourhood kids for Halloween.

Perfect size. Kids love them so much, I placed a second order.
