Will this allow for there to be live updates to track where my lost or stolen wallet is?

Sorry, this device doesn't have the function of live updates. It can only display the location record of the last connection or disconnection, which can only give you a rough range, but it cannot be tracked.

How do you turn the tag off when not needing to use it?

There is no off or on. If you want to save the battery, turn it over inside the tag.

Does the 4-pack come with 4 key chains?

Yes it comes with spaghetti type clasps and 4 adhesive pads

Are these linkable to Samsung smart things?

Havent had to use them yet but they all linked up with our Samsung S23s
