I play intense volleyball and use this to protect my shoulders due to rotator cuff tear history. I have uses many different brands but this is of highest quality with reasonable price among them. Stretchy and sticks like a cement, goes for next 3 to 5 days. Highly recommend and this is my brand going forward so will buy again.

This tape is a bit less “robust” than the tape my PT uses but it functions well. It stays put and doesn’t sweat loose. Decent value. I’d buy again.

I tore my labrum in my shoulder at work. I used this tape to help support my shoulder. It works really well! I don't know how but I owe a lot to this stuff!

I thought I was getting a good deal, but what I got was first degree burns, yes burns!!! I DO NOT SUGGEST THAT YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN!!!! I have used many different kinds of kenisology tape and never have I ever had the problems I had with this tape. It started after about an hour after applying with the itchiness, so I decided to take it off and when I did small bits of the adhesive stayed on my skin and I did not realize it until the next day when I literally have water blisters where the adhesive had stayed stuck to my skin.

It is easy to use.

I have bilateral ankle fractures from a wreck in 2020. I still have issues on occasion and have found KT Tape supports them reasonably okay. However you only get 20 straps for 9$ with KT Tape. I use 8/10 strips each time if I'm wrapping both ankles, which means I can go through a roll pretty fast. I was looking for something a little cheaper that way I was able to wrap them more often rather than just when they're tender. The material is... it's definitely a cheaper material than is used by the KT Tape brand. I don't know how well it would stick if you use the Tape by itself, I use a Tuf-Skin adhesive spray before placing my Tape strips and I don't think these would last very long if I wasn't using that spray.My daughter has recently begun wrapping her shoulder during softball but we've discovered the adhesive used by this brand breaks her out, so beware of that for some users.Overall I'm giving 3 stars because it's cheaper and for the most part it does do its job. Just would definitely like to maybe find one that seems to have a little more strength to the material and maybe a little stronger adhesive.
