How hard is the removal from watchband to use this case? Seen reports it doesn't come apart.

It feels like you're going to break the band but it twists and pulls off to fit in the case

How hatd is it to remove the evolve from the watchband to be able to use this?? People are saying it doesn't come apart without cutting up the band.

It comes apart fairly easily. Just pull slowly from side to side (the long side of the device) until you've uncovered the plastic and contacts.

How well does it protect the charging portion of the evolve?

It covers the whole thing pretty snuggly. The case is curved as well so no risk of breaking off the port. I have it clipped to my keys and so far no issues.
