I was just prescribed to start this. I’m concerned about the taste? I’m looking at the sugarfree option. Does it taste as bad as it looks?

The product is fabulous for constipation. Miraculous. It contains only psyllium husks, nothing else. The taste is in no way objectionable, so you shouldn't mind it in the least. You won't need to take much. I have great results with only a teaspoon a day. Just make sure you drink enough water with it.

What is the difference between this product and the one labeled "original"?

Good morning. There is no difference between this product and the one labeled "original." When we did our rebranding/new labeling a bit ago, this was a change that was made. Both products are 100% psyllium.

Why did you only ship me "one, 12.7 oz pouch" after I paid for your "3 pack of 14.7 oz cannisters"? Why aren't you answering my refund requests?

That should be answered by someone in their shipping department, not by a consumer.
