I learned about this during physical therapy. I am diabetic and learned it is common to have “frozen shoulder” but luckily with physical therapy they have worked with me to lessen the pain. I am now able to raise my arm much better than before. So glad I was able to purchase this from Amazon. Since it’s a package of 2 items, I put on on each floor of the house.

Notches for fingers too narrow…need to stick out more

Using this for shoulder and arm surgery recovery. It is identical to the one my physical therapist uses and looks great. Easy to install ready to go out of the box.

Had rotator cuff surgery and this really helps with the stretching exercises i need to do. Only downfall is i wish it had one more screw in the middle to hold it against wall tighter

After much shopping this was the best buy for the money. The product is excellent and at a great price. Also got them really fast.

This product will not work for adults with shoulder immobility. The finger ladder rungs are too narrow.
